Jawahar Saw Mills has received the Certificate of recognition awarded by the Chemical & Allied Products Export Promotion Council, India, for the years 1983 & 1984: Certificate of recognition awarded by the Chemical & Allied Products Export Promotion Council, India and Top export award of CAPEXIL for the year 2004-05. This BWP Film-Faced Plywood is manufactured from special selected hardwoods. The BWP Film-Faced Plywood is overlaid with phenolic film, bonded with synthetic or phenol formaldehyde resin and the edges are sealed with polyurethane paint. Under optimum conditions, the reusability of semi - densified shuttering BWP Film-Faced Plywood is 30 to 35 times for highly densified shuttering plywood for residential finishes and 10 to15 times for quality far faced finishes. The BWP Film-Faced Plywood meets the requirements of BS 6566/WBP, DIN 68705/ Bfu 100 of JPIC 1968 / 1973 and IS: 4990-1993. The BWP Film-Faced Plywood can be used for High Quality Concrete Shuttering Formworks. The BWP Film-Faced Plywood is applicable in Shuttering Systems- Table, Wall Form, Tunnel, Special Cast-in, Cast-in-situ, Walls, Columns, Beams and Slabs or in any kind of Horizontal and Vertical Concrete Frameworks. Sizes available of the BWP Film-Faced Plywood are 8` x 4` with 12mm thickness.
